Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic individual who is willing to learn and pitch in across a variety of online and offline marketing activities. Ideally, you are an early career professional with a few years of experience in content development, digital marketing, and events. You will work closely with the Assistant Director of Marketing in a lean team within a highly matrixed organization.

Mandatory Experience:

• Education: BSc or BA in business, marketing, or a similar relevant field (communications, social media, advertising and design, management, business, psychology, etc.)
• Working Experience: 3-5 years of marketing experience.
• Content Creation Skills: Proficiency with copywriting and design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, etc. is highly preferred.
• Work on diverse content, including website content, emailers, feature stories, decks, and both digital and printed marketing collaterals.
• Blend copywriting and design to effectively meet communication goals, whilst ensuring consistency in visual identity and language.
• Partner with different teams across Research and Central functions to understand their goals and deliver marcomm support as needed.
• Identify opportunities to increase engagement and touchpoints within SRTTs, across SRTTs and beyond.
• Assist in planning and coordinating multiple elements for events.
• Source and liaise with suppliers/vendors and support administrative tasks as needed.
