• Audience Monitoring: Track customer reviews and feedback to ensure effective engagement and target audience reach.
• Website Management: Assist in updating, developing, and maintaining the website, including promotions and content updates.
• Trend Analysis: Monitor trends to support informed marketing decisions and ensure relevance.
