Our esteemed client, an established Tech Academy, is searching for a Digital Marketing Executive (STEM Education Industry):

Job Responsibilities

1. Develop and execute strategies to increase brand visibility on social media platforms.
2. Create engaging content, manage posts, and interact with followers to build a strong online presence.
3. Produce engaging content for digital platforms, including the website, blog, and social media channels.
4. Work with internal teams to showcase achievements, programs, and events.
5. Optimize website content to improve search engine rankings and manage Google Ads for online visibility.
6. Conduct keyword research and data analysis to refine SEO and SEM efforts.
7. Design and launch email marketing campaigns to engage the audience and nurture leads.
8. Analyze campaign performance, make data-driven improvements, and optimize results.
9. Use analytics tools to monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of digital marketing campaigns.
10. Provide insights and actionable recommendations for ongoing improvement.
11. Identify and establish partnerships with influencers, organizations, and other platforms to expand the academy's reach.

Job Requirements:

1. Bachelors degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or a related field.
2. Proven experience in a Digital Marketing Executive or similar role.
3. In-depth knowledge of digital marketing channels, tools, and best practices.
4. Proficiency in SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, and social media platforms.
5. Strong skills in content creation and copywriting.
6. Experience within the education sector is an advantage.

Additional Information:

1. Working Location: Downtown
2. Working Hours: 10am - 7pm, 5 Days (Required to work on Sat/Sun)
3. Salary: Basic up to $4,000 + Variable Bonus
