Full job description
Manage and create engaging content for social media platforms including TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, etc., acting as the primary point of contact and decision-maker for content creation and distribution.
Assist in developing and executing social media marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement, taking ownership of campaign planning and execution.
Monitor social media channels, respond to comments/messages, and analyze performance metrics to optimize content, serving as the lead strategist for social media engagement.
Maintain and update the company website with new content, products, and promotions, taking on the role of website administrator and chief content curator.
Collaborate with key opinion leaders (KOLs) and influencers to amplify brand reach and engagement, spearheading influencer partnerships and outreach efforts.
Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including experience with Search Engine Marketing (SEM) and Search Engine Optimization (SEO), assuming the role of lead campaign manager and strategist.
Utilize graphic design tools like Canva to create visual assets for social media, website, and marketing campaigns, acting as the primary designer and creative director.
Support the marketing team in day-to-day tasks and special projects as needed, stepping into the role of acting Head of Marketing and providing guidance and direction to other team members as necessary.
Conduct market research to identify trends, audience preferences, and competitor activities, serving as the chief analyst and insights generator for marketing strategy development.
Keep up-to-date with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in digital marketing.
Implement new tactics and techniques to stay ahead of competitors and improve campaign outcomes.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
Proven experience (1-2 years) in digital marketing, SEO, SEM, or related areas.
Experience with digital marketing tools (Google Ads, Google Analytics, email marketing platforms).
Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, and web analytics.
Experience with social media marketing and content management.
Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
Creativity, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
