About Us:

Lazz Aesthetic, founded in 1986, is a leading beauty aesthetic company located in Singapore. As a comprehensive aesthetic and beauty provider, we specialize in aesthetic services. We are on the lookout for a creative and results-driven Digital Marketing Executive/Specialist to join our passionate team. If you have a strong foundation in digital marketing, a flair for out-of-the-box thinking, and an interest or experience in the e-commerce marketplace, especially in the health or beauty industry, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

  1. Social Media Management:
    1. Plan, create, and execute captivating social media posts across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter.
    2. Develop and implement social media strategies to enhance brand presence and engagement.
    3. Monitor social media trends and identify opportunities for growth.
  2. Search Engine Optimization (SEO):
    1. Implement basic SEO strategies to optimize website content and improve search rankings.
    2. Conduct keyword research and analysis for targeted SEO campaigns.
  3. Google Ads Management:
    1. Execute and optimize Google Ads campaigns to drive targeted traffic and achieve marketing objectives.
    2. Collaborate with the team to create compelling ad copy and visuals.
  4. Analytics and Reporting:
    1. Utilize tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, and other relevant analytics platforms to track, analyze, and report on digital marketing performance.
    2. Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on data analysis.
  5. E-commerce Marketplace Expertise:
    1. Demonstrate interest or experience in managing campaigns on e-commerce marketplaces like Lazada and Shopee.
    2. Optimize product listings and execute marketing strategies tailored to these platforms.
  6. Out-of-the-Box Thinking:
    1. Bring a creative and innovative approach to marketing campaigns.
    2. Explore unconventional ideas to differentiate our brand in the digital space.
  7. Team Collaboration:
    1. Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to align digital marketing efforts with overall business goals.
    2. Foster a positive team environment and contribute to brainstorming sessions.

Qualifications:

  1. Diploma in Marketing or similar field, Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  2. Proven experience in digital marketing with a focus on social media, SEO/SEM, and Google Tools.
  3. Basic understanding of Google Analytics and SEMrush.
  4. Familiarity with e-commerce marketplaces like Lazada and Shopee.
  5. Interest or experience in the health or beauty industry (preferred).
  6. Eager to learn, adaptable, and a strong team player.
  7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  8. Able to act quickly and meticulously.

Working Hours:

5 days a week, 9am - 6pm, Mon - Fri
