Responsibilities:

Digital Campaign Management

• Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns (SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, display ads).
• Monitor performance, analyze metrics, and improve ROI.

Content Creation and Design

• Create engaging content for blogs, social media, email newsletters, and website updates.
• Design graphics and multimedia content aligned with brand guidelines.

eCommerce Marketplace Management

• Manage and optimize product listings, pricing, and promotions on platforms like Lazada, Shopee, Amazon, and TikTok.
• Develop strategies to drive sales and enhance customer experience.

Social Media Management

• Manage and grow social media presence (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram).
• Create/schedule content, respond to comments, and engage with followers.

SEO and Website Optimization

• Conduct keyword research and implement SEO strategies to improve rankings and traffic.
• Work with web developers to optimize website performance and user experience.

Email Marketing

• Plan and execute email marketing campaigns (list segmentation, design, A/B testing).
• Analyze results and make improvements based on data.

Analytics and Reporting

• Generate reports on digital marketing KPIs, present findings, and refine strategies based on data.

Market Research

• Stay updated with industry trends and competitors to identify opportunities.

Requirements:

• 2 years of related work experience in Digital Marketing & E-commerce.
• Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, Google AdWords, Adobe Illustrator/Photoshop/After Effects.
• Ability to create websites using WordPress and Shopify will be an added advantage.
• Salary: up to $4500.
• Work location: Clarke Quay.
• Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am-6.30pm.
• Ability to start work on short notice or immediately will be advantageous.
