Roles & Responsibilities

Job Description:

  1. Execute innovative online marketing campaigns and oversee their successful implementation by pulling resources from the production & design industry.
  2. Lead the conceptualization and development of digital content while ensuring compliance with brand positioning, brand standards, and guidelines.
  3. Drive regular management and analytical reporting against the performance of all digital marketing activities.
  4. Manage and maintain partnerships with respective appointed project stakeholders.
  5. Report digital marketing activities for review with management on a regular basis.
  6. Lead and coordinate multiple CSR projects from beginning to end to shape our brand direction strategies that will drive acquisition and customer loyalty retention.
  7. Implement, track, execute, and prioritize marketing project roadmaps and timelines.
  8. Provide analysis and regular reporting of social media and CTA marketing engagement metrics to improve outlet sales.
  9. Manage both digital marketing and loyalty budget to achieve efficiency of spend to meet business goals.
  10. Manage the marketing aspects of the business, ensuring timelines in the social media calendar are achieved, creating stronger brand recalls and branding for the company to help improve company year-on-year sales.
  11. Management of the company’s social media channels (Website, FB, IG, Google reviews, etc).
  12. Regular organic posting according to the social media calendar, engaging followers, and responding to their inquiries.
  13. Develop strong relationships with cross-functional teams to ensure the efficient execution of marketing initiatives.
  14. Assist with measuring the effectiveness and performance of marketing campaigns against company Growth KPIs.
  15. Work closely with influencers on marketing campaigns and events, utilizing the approved budget.
  16. Any other ad-hoc duties.

Job Requirements:

  1. Candidate must possess at least a Degree in Marketing or equivalent.
  2. Minimum 3 years of experience in related digital marketing or production fields is required, preferably from the F&B industry.
  3. Strong interpersonal skills and communication skills.
  4. Graphic Design skills are an additional bonus.
