Job description
Responsibilities:
Assist in the formulation of digital marketing strategies to build a stronger digital connection with customers.
Manage and produce relevant and engaging digital content for publishing onto various digital platforms.
Prepare online collateral and promotional emails and organise their distribution through various channels to reach out to potential stakeholders/clients.
Manage, maintain, update and optimise the company’s website.
Manage social media platforms and respond to queries from customers.
Launch optimised online adverts through Facebook, Instagram, Google AdWords, etc., to increase company and brand awareness.
Be actively involved in SEO efforts (keyword, image optimization, etc.).
Measure performance of digital marketing efforts using a variety of web analytics tools (Google Analytics, WebTrends, etc.).
Acquire insight into online marketing trends and keep strategies up-to-date.
Understand new marketing trends and prepare new channels to reach customers.
Identify and develop new sales leads and manage existing client accounts.
Provide consultation and proposals for indoor plants and landscape solutions.
Provide general sales support such as preparing quotations, order processing, and delivery arrangements.
Negotiate/close deals and handle customer feedback.
Focus on revenue retention and revenue growth to meet sales targets.
Monitor and report on sales performance.
Collaborate with the operations team for the delivery of landscape products, solutions, and completion of projects.
Support the team with any other duties as assigned.
Minimum Requirements:
At least 1-2 years of experience in business development, digital, and social media marketing.
Diploma or degree in landscape or horticulture-related field.
Strong customer service mindset.
Good communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills; meticulous and organised.
Ability to build positive relationships with customers and employees at all levels in the organization.
Team player with disciplined time management and quality control.
Result-oriented and able to multitask between numerous projects.
Manage project progress and coordinate with clients and fellow colleagues.
Experience with B2B and B2C social media and email campaigns.
Skills and experience in creative content writing; able to think outside the box.
Proficient in MS Office, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator; photography or videography skills.
