We are committed to creating safe, reliable products approved by health authorities in Singapore. With our presence both online and in departmental stores across Singapore, we aim to make our products easily accessible to parents and caregivers.


Position Overview:
We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Digital Marketing & Business Development Executive to join our team. This role combines digital marketing and business development activities, focusing on growing the brand through social media management, performance advertising, event planning, and strategic partnerships.

Responsibilities:

Social Media Management

  • Develop and implement social media strategies to enhance brand awareness, engagement, and traffic.
  • Create engaging content for social media channels, including Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
  • Monitor social media trends to stay competitive and implement effective strategies.
  • Engage with our online community by promptly responding to comments, messages, and inquiries.

Performance Advertising

  • Plan, create, and manage performance-based ad campaigns across Facebook Ads, Google AdWords, Shopee, and Lazada.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis and optimise campaigns to maximise ROI and achieve KPIs.
  • Stay updated on the latest digital advertising trends and technologies to drive continuous improvement.

Event Planning

  • Coordinate and plan physical events, including seminars, baby fairs, and pop-up stores, to promote Lollababy products and enhance brand visibility.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure smooth event execution.
  • Develop creative event concepts and execute strategies to attract and engage target audiences.

Business Development

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and collaborations to expand brand reach and product distribution.
  • Conduct market research to uncover trends, new markets, and customer needs.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including partners, distributors, and retailers.
  • Assist in the development of strategies to increase brand visibility and revenue across different sales channels.
  • Prepare proposals, presentations, and reports for potential partners and management review.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in digital marketing, with a focus on social media management, performance advertising, event planning, and business development.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and drive actionable insights.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative mindset with a knack for innovative solutions.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects.
  • Familiarity with the e-commerce industry and knowledge of child-related products is a plus.
