Digital Marketing Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to increase online visibility, drive traffic, and generate leads.
Website Design and Development: Design, develop, and maintain the company’s website to ensure it is visually appealing, user-friendly, and optimized for conversions.
Content Creation and Management: Oversee the creation of high-quality, engaging content, including blog posts, videos, infographics, and social media updates. Manage and optimize website content for SEO.
Social Media Management: Develop and execute social media strategies to build brand awareness, engage with the audience, and drive traffic to the website.
SEO and SEM: Conduct keyword research, implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies, and manage pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns on platforms like Google Ads.
Email Marketing: Develop and manage targeted email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and retain customers. Segment email lists and personalize email content.
Analytics and Reporting: Track and analyze website traffic, user behavior, and campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics. Generate regular reports and adjust strategies based on insights.
Online Advertising: Plan and execute online advertising campaigns, including display ads, social media ads, and retargeting efforts. Manage advertising budgets and optimize ad spend for maximum ROI.
Partnerships and Collaborations: Identify and develop partnerships with complementary businesses and industry influencers. Coordinate co-marketing initiatives and joint campaigns.
Customer Engagement: Foster relationships with customers through online engagement and community building. Encourage and manage customer reviews and testimonials.
Innovation and Technology: Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices. Experiment with new technologies and marketing techniques.
Support special ad hoc tasks, not limited to Digital Sales.
Ensure proper usage and accurate tracking of marketing budget.
Requirements / Qualifications:
At least 1-year relevant work experience in Search Engine Marketing (SEM) / Paid Search (PPC) / Social Media Marketing/Search Engine Optimisation (SEO).
Familiar with Adwords/Analytics and social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, etc).
Proficient experience with various types of campaigns such as Search, Display, YouTube, Remarketing, etc.
Proven track record in managing numerous clients at varying levels of media spend.
Google Adwords/Analytics Certification is a plus.
Facebook Blueprint Certification is a plus.
Stay up-to-date with PPC/Social Media industry trends and developments.
In-depth experience with website analytics tools.
Monitor and administer web analytics dashboards, reports, and key reporting tools, and point out key areas of importance in accordance with client goals.
Proficiency in Google Sheets, Docs, Slides, and MS Office software.
Good people/communication (written and oral) skills.
