Job description

Kplass is dedicated to enhancing health and wellness through innovative medical patches designed for cough and pain relief. We are looking for a creative and data-driven Digital Marketer to lead and execute digital strategies that will expand our brand presence, engage our target audience, and drive sales through online channels.

Role Overview

The Digital Marketer will be responsible for managing and optimizing Kplass’s online marketing efforts, including social media campaigns, SEO, content marketing, paid ads, and email marketing. This role requires expertise in digital strategy, audience targeting, performance analytics, and creative execution to increase brand awareness and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Digital Strategy Development: Plan and execute data-driven digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms to enhance brand visibility and drive customer acquisition.
  • Social Media Management: Develop and manage content strategies for social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) to engage audiences and grow online communities.
  • SEO & Content Marketing: Optimize website content for search engines, conduct keyword research, and implement content strategies to improve organic reach.
  • Paid Advertising: Manage PPC (Google Ads, Facebook Ads) campaigns, optimizing for conversions, lead generation, and return on investment (ROI).
  • Email Marketing: Create and implement email marketing campaigns to nurture leads, improve retention, and increase product awareness.
  • Website & E-commerce Optimization: Monitor and improve website performance, ensuring seamless user experience and effective conversion funnels.
  • Analytics & Performance Tracking: Use tools like Google Analytics and social media insights to measure campaign effectiveness and optimize marketing efforts based on data.
  • Market Research & Trends Analysis: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor strategies, and emerging digital marketing technologies.
  • Collaboration & Content Creation: Work with the creative and product teams to develop engaging visuals, videos, and copywriting content that align with brand messaging.
