The Role

The Senior Associate/ Associate will support the team in investing and managing digital infrastructure opportunities in the greater APAC region.

Responsibilities

1. Develop detailed underwriting models and financial analyses that incorporate various scenarios and sensitivities
2. Draft and prepare materials and memos to be presented to the Investment Committee, lenders, and investors
3. Assist in managing all aspects of due diligence and execution of transactions on both the buy and sell-side
4. Screening of potential investment opportunities
5. Perform extensive primary and secondary research on a target investment's market, competitors, supply/demand, comps, etc.
6. Assist in ongoing asset and fund management responsibilities
7. Travel and participate in business development activities, including on-site tours, attending management meetings, and assisting with banking and other third-party relationships
8. Special and ad hoc projects, as assigned

1. 2-4 years of relevant work experience, including transaction-oriented real estate role (private equity, acquisitions, development) or financial role (investment banking, structured finance, project finance)
2. Basic knowledge of real estate and/or digital infrastructure valuation and capital markets
3. An aptitude for financial modeling, research, and real estate underwriting
4. Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint required; experience with Argus is preferred but not required
5. Strong work ethic with acute attention to detail
6. Thoughtful presentation and communication skills (written and oral)
