We are seeking a tech-savvy Digital Events & Technology Specialist to join our team and drive the digital aspect of our event offerings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Platform Management:
  Plan, set up, and manage online event platforms such as Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Hopin, and other emerging tools to ensure smooth digital event execution.
• Technical Support:
  Provide real-time technical support before, during, and after events. Troubleshoot issues, manage contingency plans, and ensure a seamless digital experience for all participants.
• Integration & Collaboration:
  Work closely with the event planning team to integrate digital tools into event strategies. Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure technology aligns with event goals and brand standards.
• Registration & Analytics:
  Oversee the setup and maintenance of digital registration systems and ticketing platforms. Monitor event analytics, gather insights, and recommend improvements for future digital events.
• Innovation & Best Practices:
  Stay abreast of emerging digital event technologies and trends. Develop and document best practices and technical guidelines to continuously enhance our digital event capabilities.
