We're on the lookout for a Digital Creative Director to lead this Customer Experience consultancy's creative efforts and bring their digital marketing strategies to life! What you'll be doing:
Leading the Creative Charge: You'll steer the creative vision for all their digital marketing efforts from websites and social media to email campaigns and online ads. Your job? Make sure everything looks amazing and aligns perfectly with our brand!
Mentoring the Creative Squad: Lead, inspire, and support their awesome team of designers, copywriters, videographers, and more. We want someone who fosters a super collaborative and innovative atmosphere.
Juggling Multiple Projects: With many exciting projects going on at once, you'll be a pro at managing timelines, budgets, and resources. Bonus: you'll work closely with account managers and project managers to keep clients and stakeholders happy!
Creating Digital Magic: Oversee the creation of killer digital content whether it's websites, banner ads, videos, or social media posts. And yes, everything needs to look great across web, mobile, and social platforms.
Keeping the Brand Consistent: Collaborate with their marketing and product teams to ensure that all campaigns align with their business goals and UX best practices.
Data-Driven Creative Decisions: Use data insights to optimize and fine-tune creative strategies, all while partnering with the digital marketing team to achieve key performance goals (like boosting conversions and engagement).
What you'll bring:
Experience: 8-15 years in digital design, art direction, or creative leadership. Bonus points if you've worked in an agency setting!
Education: A Bachelor's in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Marketing, or something similar. Extra love for advanced degrees or certifications.
Leadership: You've got a talent for guiding teams and helping them grow creatively.
Creativity: A portfolio that makes jaws drop. From concept to execution, you've got it all.
Analytics: Experience with tools like Google Analytics to measure and tweak campaigns.
Communication: You're a clear communicator who can present ideas to anyone, from the creative team to stakeholders.
Problem Solver: You think on your feet and love coming up with innovative solutions.
