As a Digital Content & Social Media Specialist at Foragers, you will work closely with our marketing team to conceptualize, plan, film, and edit engaging video content across multiple social media platforms like Instagram and TikTok. You will be responsible for creating both short-form and long-form videos that capture the essence of Foragers’ unique hospitality style, ensuring they are both visually appealing and informative. You’ll be involved in every step of the process—from brainstorming and shooting to editing and publishing—creating content that tells compelling stories and engages our audience.

Content Creation & Videography: Work with the marketing team and our creative agency to develop high-quality video content that aligns with campaign and brand messages. Shoot and edit videos, ensuring both technical quality and engaging storytelling.
Social Media Strategy: Plan and create engaging content for social media platforms, primarily Instagram and TikTok, to engage diverse audiences across all brands.
Editing & Post-Production: Edit video content using professional software (such as Capcut, Final Cut Pro, Da Vinci Resolve) to create visually stunning and attention-grabbing videos. Ensure the videos are optimized for different platforms and formats.
Creative Collaboration: Participate in brainstorming sessions with the team to generate innovative content ideas and incorporate feedback from stakeholders.
Stay Current: Keep up-to-date with the latest trends in video marketing and social media best practices.
Ad-Hoc Photo Editing: Provide support with photo editing tasks as needed.
Proficient in video editing software (e.g., Capcut, Final Cut Pro, Da Vinci Resolve).
Strong understanding of aspect ratios, video encoding formats, and social media platforms.
Excellent sound design skills with the ability to choose attention-grabbing audio.
Exceptional storytelling skills with an eye for detail and creative shots.
Strong project management abilities to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
