As a Digital Art Director, you will spearhead the visual direction of their digital projects, ensuring that every design element aligns with their clients' brand strategies and goals. You will lead a team of designers, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and drive the creation of engaging, cutting-edge digital experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Visual Leadership: Lead the design and visual direction for digital projects, including websites, apps, social media, and digital campaigns.
  2. Creative Vision: Develop and articulate creative concepts that meet client objectives and resonate with target audiences.
  3. Team Management: Oversee and mentor a team of designers, providing guidance and feedback to ensure high-quality output.
  4. Client Collaboration: Work closely with clients to understand their brand, vision, and requirements, translating these into compelling digital design solutions.
  5. Trend Awareness: Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and design best practices to ensure our work remains innovative and relevant.
  6. Design Execution: Create high-fidelity designs, prototypes, and mockups that effectively communicate design ideas and solutions.
  7. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with developers, marketers, and strategists to ensure seamless integration of design with functionality and user experience.
  8. Quality Control: Maintain a high standard of design quality, ensuring consistency and excellence across all digital platforms.

What We're Looking For:

  1. Experience: Proven experience as a Digital Art Director or similar role with a strong portfolio showcasing digital design expertise.
  2. Creativity: A keen eye for design, with a deep understanding of visual storytelling and the ability to create compelling digital experiences.
  3. Leadership: Strong leadership skills with experience managing and mentoring design teams.
  4. Technical Skills: Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, and other relevant software.
  5. User-Centric: Understanding of user experience (UX) principles and how to translate them into effective design solutions.
  6. Communication: Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts and strategies clearly.
  7. Detail-Oriented: Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
  8. Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects with varying deadlines.
