Digital and IT Analyst (PowerBI)

• To support the All operations aspect of their Business systems.
• Maintain existing PowerBI dashboards and reports to ensure accuracy, timeliness and consistency in reporting and metrics from data source such as data-mart, SAP BW.
• Maintain and ensure existing data farming procedure remains operational.
• Be the subject matter expert in upkeeping and introduce data visualization tools like PowerBI.
• To promote and enable business users with the right data-driven insights.
• Be involved with promoting Digital Productivity through process simplification.
• Software Management: Responsible for partnering with business leaders to assess opportunities, work with Corporate Enterprise Systems teams to source the appropriate technology from IT Portfolio and implement the technology to support the business.
• IT Policy & Process Compliance: Oversees divisions adherence to Corporate IT standards, directions, and goals.
• Support all Corporate Cyber Security related Initiatives.
• Be the subject matter expert in Singapore's Business Systems.
• Ensure Systems like PowerBI, PowerApps are Operational.
• Ensure deep collaboration with Corp IT with Initiatives, planning and execution.

Requirements

• Diploma in Computer Science/ Information Technology or equivalent with at least 3 years of experience in supporting SAP, SQL, PowerBI and Project and/or Change implementation of Business systems.
• Must be able to work independently with proactive and good problem-solving skills.
• Communicates well through all levels within the Organisation.
• Demonstrate Project Leadership.
• Solution Architect while delivering a technology.
