Digital Analytics Manager

Reporting to the Global Digital Innovation & Technology, the Data Analytics Manager shall be responsible for the:

• Design and implementation of enterprise data warehouse and data lake architectures using Microsoft Azure, Snowflake, AWS, and Microsoft Fabric technologies
• Development and maintenance of automated data pipelines to integrate data from multiple source systems including PMS, POS, and third-party platforms
• Creation and optimization of data models, ensuring efficient data organization and accessibility while following industry best practices
• Implementation of data quality frameworks and monitoring systems to maintain data integrity across all platforms
• Collaboration with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• Development of technical documentation for data architecture, pipelines, and processes
• Performance optimization of data pipelines and query patterns to ensure efficient data delivery
• Support of BI development team by creating optimized data models and implementing best practices
• Implementation of data security and governance standards across all data platforms
• Management of data integration from various hospitality systems using ETL/ELT processes
• Creation and maintenance of data transformation logic and business rules
• Troubleshooting of complex data issues and implementation of solutions
• To carry out any other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Requirement

• 5-10 years of hands-on experience in data engineering roles
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
• Advanced SQL skills (T-SQL, PL/SQL) with experience in complex query optimization
• Strong proficiency in ETL technologies using cloud for data processing and automation
• Extensive experience with Microsoft Azure Data Services (Data Factory, Synapse Analytics, Data Lake Storage)
• Proven expertise in Snowflake/AWS/Azure development and administration
• Experience with Power BI development and administration
• Strong background in data warehouse and data lake architecture
• Experience with ETL/ELT tools and practices
• Good to have Hands-on experience with hospitality industry data sources (PMS, POS systems)
• Demonstrated ability to work with version control systems (Git, Azure DevOps)
