Responsibilities:

• Assist/Guide customers to create ID
• Assist/Guide customers to download application
• Assist to show customers on how to maneuver the application
• Assist customers on how to maneuver microsite
• Assist customers with Sim Exchange & Router exchange transaction eSim activation.
• Assist customers to do Prepaid top ups
• Assist customers with all other queries when approached by customers

Requirements:

• Service-oriented, confident and have a passion for helping others
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
