Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Digital Sales & Campaign Manager to join our dynamic team. This role will be responsible for driving new business, managing existing client accounts, and overseeing the successful execution of digital marketing campaigns across various channels. You will be a key player in developing and implementing innovative strategies that deliver exceptional results for our clients. This is a client-facing role requiring excellent communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive lead generation, networking, and client outreach.
  • Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, providing regular updates and strategic guidance.
  • Campaign Management: Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing campaigns across Google Programmatic, Social Media (including Facebook, Instagram, etc.), and Influencer Marketing.
  • Programmatic Advertising: Manage and optimize Google Programmatic ad campaigns, leveraging data and analytics to maximize ROI.
  • Social Media Advertising: Develop and execute social media advertising strategies, targeting specific demographics and interests.
  • Influencer Marketing: Identify, select, and manage collaborations with relevant influencers to promote client brands.
  • Marketing Automation: Develop and implement marketing automation strategies to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
  • Reporting & Analysis: Track campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and provide regular reports to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Budget Management: Manage campaign budgets effectively and ensure optimal allocation of resources.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members, including designers, content creators, and developers, to ensure seamless campaign execution.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of success in managing and optimizing campaigns across multiple channels.
  • Deep understanding of Google Programmatic advertising platforms (e.g., DV360, Google Ads).
  • Expertise in social media advertising platforms (e.g., Facebook Ads Manager, Instagram Ads Manager).
  • Proven experience in influencer marketing, including identifying, selecting, and managing influencer collaborations.
  • Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.

  • Strong understanding of marketing automation (CRM) principles and tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo).
  • Google Analytics Individual Qualification (GAIQ) certification.
  • Google Ads certification.
