Job Description:
As an M&E Coordinator, you will manage site coordination across various trades to ensure high standards and compliance with contract specifications. This role requires you to lead in M&E scheduling, inspection, and quality control, coordinating with sub-contractors and suppliers to support project progress and meet quality standards.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Lead site coordination with all trades involved in the project
Prepare and submit shop drawings, materials, and method statements (MOS)
Ensure work aligns with contract requirements and technical drawings
Plan and micro-schedule M&E work alongside other disciplines
Liaise with sub-contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders
Implement quality control plans and monitor architectural materials
Conduct inspections, trade demos, material testing, and mock-ups
Verify Variation Orders (VO) and prepare back charges
Attend sub-con meetings and update M&E project progress using scheduling tools
Oversee compliance with Temporary Occupation Permit (TOP) checklist
Ensure all work is performed in a safe working environment
Perform other ad-hoc duties as directed by the Supervisor or Management
Requirements:
Diploma/Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or a related discipline
Relevant certification in Mechanical & Electrical field
Minimum 3 years of relevant local experience
Ability to lead sub-contractors and ensure high-quality work with minimal defects
Preferred experience in Quality Mark (QM) projects
Knowledgeable in M&E specifications and BCA quality standards
Proficient in Microsoft Office and knowledgeable in BIM

Salary: Up to $4,800 basic + variable bonus
Working Location: Defu Ln
Working Days: 6-day work week (Monday to Saturday, with one Saturday off per month)
