DevOps Engineer (Campus Recruitment 2025)

About the Role:

We are seeking a motivated DevOps Engineer to join our team to support Patsnap’s product monitoring, cloud infrastructure, and release processes. This role will be instrumental in ensuring the operational stability and efficiency of our cloud-based environments, as well as providing essential IT support for our Singapore office. • Oversee the monitoring and alert response for Patsnap’s products.
• Maintain and manage AWS and other public cloud services, ensuring system availability, performance, and security.
• Maintain and enhance the CI/CD pipeline to ensure efficient and smooth release and change management for products and services.
• Develop automation tools and scripts using Python and Go to improve operational efficiency in the cloud environment.
• Provide on-site IT desktop support for the Singapore office, addressing technical issues related to computers and office software.

• Hands-on experience with public cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and a working knowledge of AWS services such as EC2, VPC, RDS, Redis, ELB/ALB.
• Basic understanding of Docker and Kubernetes and their operational principles.
• Proficient in scripting with Python, Go, or Shell for automation and troubleshooting tasks.
• Familiarity with common computer and office software troubleshooting; strong problem-solving skills to address technical challenges.
• Enthusiastic, proactive, and self-motivated with a strong desire to resolve operational issues independently.
• Excellent communication and empathy skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with team members and stakeholders.
• Experience in AI development, such as RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) and agent-based applications, is a plus.
• Fluent in Mandarin for effective communication within multilingual team settings.
