Position Overview:

We are looking for an experienced DevOps Engineer with a strong background in AWS to help build, manage, and scale our infrastructure. The ideal candidate needs to have deep knowledge of cloud technologies, containerization, automation tools, and a passion for continuous improvement.

Job Specification:

Educational Level: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).

Experience Required: 3 years and above

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in AWS cloud services.
  • Strong experience with CI/CD pipelines and related tools.
  • Proficiency with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform or AWS CloudFormation.
  • Experience with Kubernetes (EKS) and Docker for containerization.
  • Knowledge of configuration management tools like Ansible, Chef, or Puppet.
  • Strong scripting skills in Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
  • Experience with monitoring and logging tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, CloudWatch, etc.
  • Understanding of networking, security practices, and firewall management in AWS.
  • Familiarity with serverless architectures (AWS Lambda, API Gateway).
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and collaboration abilities.

Preferred Skills:

  • AWS Certifications such as AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, Solutions Architect, or SysOps Administrator.
  • Experience with Hybrid Cloud and Multi-cloud environments.
  • Knowledge of microservices architecture.
  • Familiarity with GitOps practices and tools like ArgoCD.

Job Description:

  • Design, implement, and manage scalable, highly available, and secure cloud infrastructure on AWS.
  • Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, GitLab, GitHub Actions, or others.
  • Manage container orchestration using Kubernetes (EKS) or Docker.
  • Implement and manage infrastructure as code (IaC) using Terraform or AWS CloudFormation.
  • Automate cloud deployment, monitoring, and management using AWS services (EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, CloudWatch, etc.).
  • Work closely with development teams to provide DevOps expertise and support.
  • Implement security best practices for cloud and infrastructure management.
  • Monitor and optimize the performance, security, and reliability of cloud infrastructure.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure and application-related issues.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends in cloud and DevOps technologies, especially in AWS.
