Introduction:

As a device modeling engineer, the candidate is to analyze/interpret test results, develop and deliver SPICE models for Process Design Kits development. The candidate should have a strong interest in learning semiconductor physics and be able to work with various departments/customers to deliver the final product or resolve issues. The quality of our delivery plays an important role in a customer’s 1st time design success. This is a 12-month agency contract role.

Your Job:

• Analyze and represent semiconductor devices with industry standard models.
• Apply knowledge of semiconductor physics and devices to evaluate and analyze test results.
• Work closely with device and other modeling engineers to interpret test results and debug device and measurement issues.
• Prepare reports summarizing results or making technical recommendations.
• Collaborate on other projects and/or assignments as needed.
• Some basic programming is needed for data analysis, preferably in Python.

Other Responsibilities:

Perform all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support all Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements and programs.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's in Electrical & Electronics Engineering or a Master's degree.
• Minimum 2 years of experience; open to considering candidates with no prior experience.

• Fluency in English – written & verbal.
• 12-month contract position on third-party agency and subject to conversion.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master's in Electrical & Electronics Engineering.
