Job description
Job scope
Provide on-site support for hardware and software issues, including desktops, laptops, printers, and network devices.
Provide Level -2 IT support to customers both onsite and for remote users.
Install, configure, and test IT hardware and software in line with company or client standards.
Provide remote assistance to off-site users, resolving issues through remote desktop tools and other communication channels.
Conduct onsite surveys for new projects.
Communicate with customers via email and phone, ensuring timely and effective responses.
Perform computer hardware parts upgrades and parts replacement.
Maintain detailed records of on-site visits, tasks performed, and issues resolved.
Diagnose and resolve technical problems promptly, minimizing user downtime.
Undertake other ad hoc duties and projects as assigned.
Requirement
2-3 years of relevant working experience.
Adequate knowledge of the Windows OS environment, and software such as Microsoft 365.
Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
Strong coordination and communication skills for interaction with customers.
Candidates with a motorcycle will have an advantage.
