Job Responsibilities:

  1. Perform End User Support – Client Management
  2. Troubleshoot client platform related problems.
  3. Respond promptly to incidents, investigate & provide temporary &/or permanent resolutions of escalated incidents. Provide timely status updates to relevant parties.
  4. Perform service requests related to client platforms.
  5. Monitor the agreed service level, document & maintain the configuration of the systems; provide regular reporting to relevant parties.
  6. Involve in client platform implementation/upgrade projects.
  7. Follow-up with vendors on the replacement of hardware.
  8. Perform asset management & update asset records.
  9. Manage user accounts (e.g., create passwords, reset & delete).
  10. Administer local servers to facilitate software distribution & patch management services.
  11. Manage client platform implementation / upgrade projects.
  12. Ensure deliverables meet service level requirements. Propose and implement action plans when required.
  13. Establish facility management standards/best practices to ensure operation consistency across project/facility management teams.
  14. Submit progress reports.

Minimum Requirements:

Ideal candidates should possess the following:

  1. Minimum Higher Nitec, Diploma Certification in Computer/Electronic Engineering or equivalent discipline.
  2. Preferably with 1 or more years of related experience in Technology Administration. Some network knowledge will be an advantage.
  3. Computer literacy in MS Office.
  4. Proficiency in Technology will be an added advantage.
  5. Independent, resourceful, result-oriented individuals with a 'can-do' attitude.
