Desktop Support Engineer [West | Up to $5K]

Responsibilities

1. Respond to and resolve basic hardware and software issues, including operating system and application troubleshooting for end users.
2. Install, configure, and maintain desktop hardware, software, and peripherals, ensuring smooth operation and functionality for users.
3. Log, track, and manage technical issues via ticketing systems, ensuring timely resolution and effective communication with users.
4. Assist with user account setup, password resets, and system access permissions while ensuring adherence to security protocols.
5. Work closely with senior engineers to escalate unresolved issues and assist in system upgrades, maintenance, and network troubleshooting.

Requirements

1. At least 1-2 years of experience as a Level 1 Desktop Support Engineer.
