Work Schedule: 5 Days Work

Contract: 1 Year Contract Renewable

Job Description

• Provide ad-hoc IT maintenance and Helpdesk support at customer sites.
• Troubleshoot, monitor, and resolve desktop PC and printer-related issues.
• Respond to IT support tickets in accordance with SLA guidelines.
• Act as the first point of contact for customer IT-related queries and incidents.
• Participate in the deployment of new hardware and software across multiple users and locations.
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot IT hardware and software in a large, fast-paced user environment.
• Perform standby duties as required.

Requirements

• Min 2-3 years of relevant experience.
• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in IT or related field.
• Understanding of Cisco Meraki.
• Singaporean Only.
