About the Role: We are looking for a reliable and experienced Deskside Engineer (Team Lead) to join our team. This position is based in a hospital environment and requires someone who is adaptable, proactive, and able to perform under pressure. You will be responsible for providing IT support and leading a small team of engineers to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Responsibilities:
Provide Level 1 and 2 support for desktops, laptops, printers, and other end-user devices.
Perform troubleshooting for client platform related problems.
Respond promptly to incidents, investigate & provide temporary &/or permanent resolution of incidents escalated.
Provide timely status updates to relevant parties.
Perform service requests related to client platforms.
Monitor the agreed service level, document & maintain the configuration of the systems; provide regular reporting to relevant parties.
Involved in client platform implementation/upgrade projects.
