Designer

A leading insurance client is seeking an experienced Designer with a strong background in graphic design, UI/UX design, and creative development. You will be responsible for creating designs for marketing materials that enhance user engagement and align with brand standards. You will be responsible for creating user-centered designs that drive engagement and meet both user and business needs.

Responsibilities

• Study design briefs and determine requirements
• Schedule projects and define budget constraints
• Prepare rough drafts and present ideas
• Develop UI/UX mockups and prototypes
• Develop visually compelling designs for marketing materials (emails, SMS, landing pages) leveraging tech accelerators such as Generative AI
• Ensure brand consistency across all creative assets
• Collaborate with the UX and copywriting teams to enhance user engagement
• Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows, and sitemaps
• Produce design iterations based on feedback and performance data
• Stay updated on design trends and apply best practices

Requirements

• Proven experience in graphic design, UI/UX design, or related design discipline is required
• Portfolio of design projects
• Proficient in design tools like Figma
• Up to date with the latest UI/UX design trends, technologies, and best practices
