As a Designated Workplace Doctor (DWD), you will be responsible for the following duties:

• Conduct medical evaluations for employees, including pre-employment, routine, and job-related health screenings.
• Diagnose and treat work-related injuries and illnesses, providing follow-up care and rehabilitation plans as necessary.
• Offer guidance on workplace safety, ergonomics, and health promotion initiatives.
• Ensure strict adherence to WSH regulations and the Ministry of Manpower (MOM) guidelines.
• Design and implement wellness programs aimed at enhancing employee health and productivity.
• Deliver training sessions and educational programs on workplace safety and health for employees and management.
• Maintain accurate, confidential medical records and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop health policies, return-to-work plans, and strategies for promoting work-life balance.

Requirements:

• Graduate Diploma in Occupational Health or equivalent qualification recognized by MOM.
• Full Registration with Singapore Medical Council (SMC).
