Working location: Changi Airport

Salary Range: $7000 - $8000

Job Descriptions:

1. Prepare report on DfS processes and provide regular updates to management on safety performance and risk mitigation.
2. Conduct regular meetings with DfS professionals to foster collaboration, share best practices, and discuss improvements.
3. Perform safety evaluations and audits to ensure compliance with safety regulations and identify potential gaps.
4. Support in training on DfS standards and safety protocols.
5. Any other duties as assigned by management.

Job Requirements:

1. A minimum of eight (8) years of relevant experience in managing and executing safety management or Design for Safety (DfS) initiatives for large-scale infrastructure projects, either as a developer or main contractor.
2. Qualified ISO 45001 auditor with a degree in any field and a strong technical background in Health & Safety or Engineering.
3. Familiarity with DfS regulations and other construction-related safety regulations. Relevant certifications such as the Design for Safety Professional (DfSP) certificate is preferred.
4. Experience in compliance, risk management, tender evaluation, or DfS Professional roles.
5. Proficiency in analyzing safety data and compliance reports to identify risks and areas for improvements.
