· Industry/ Organization Type: Construction Company

· Working Location: Kaki Bukit

· Working Hours: 5 days

· Salary Package: SGD 3000 to 5000 depending on experience

· Duration: Permanent Role

Job Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Administer compensation, benefits, performance management and employee engagement programs and activities.
  • Plan, supervise and coordinate the work activities of team members as appropriate, relating to employment, compensation, employee engagement and development.
  • Undertake staffing initiatives and programs, including dealing with understaffing, refereeing disputes, counselling employees and administering disciplinary procedures.
  • Advise managers and supervisors on organizational policies relating to HR matters.
  • Review and recommend updates and modification to HR policies and practices, to grow the employer brand and elevate its competitiveness and ensure compliance with legal requirements;
  • Plan, organize and coordinate the training and development activities of the organization, including employee orientation.
  • Represent the organization at employee disciplinary hearings, investigations and liaison with external parties, including statutory reporting.
  • Serve as a ready link between management and employees by handling questions, interpreting and administering contracts and helping resolve work-related problems.
  • Managing recruitment and selection as well as internship programs to meet the organization’s manpower needs.
  • Planning and coordination of company events and managing employee welfare and wellness program.
  • Primary contact for payroll execution and overseas manpower administration.
  • Ensure that the organization remains compliant on all legislative manpower law
  • Prepare Rewards system to recognize individual and/or company performance.
  • Tie in performance management system to gaps analysis and linking it to the learning and development framework.
  • In-charge of the preparation of Letter of Offers and Employment Contracts for new joiners.
  • Maintaining master list of all employees.
  • Maintenance of personnel-related files and records such as P-files and timesheets.
  • Execute onboarding of new hires and off-boarding/ clearance for resignees, including conducting exit interviews.
  • Administer full spectum of HR function for Work Permit and Work Pass holders

Qualifications:

  • Minimum Diploma in HR or equivalent and above.
  • Minimum of 3 years of HR management experience
  • In-depth knowledge of Singaporean labor laws and regulations.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities and have an eye for details.
  • Proficiency in HR software like Info-Tech and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, HRCI, or local equivalent) is a plus.
