Deputy General Manager, Operations (Woodlands, up to $12,000)

Our client is a non-profit organization in Woodlands, where they strive to make a meaningful impact in our community.

Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Lead and mentor operational staff, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
2. Work with the finance team to develop and manage the annual budget, ensuring fiscal responsibility and sustainability.
3. Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including funders, community partners, and volunteers.
4. Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring alignment with the organization’s strategic goals.
5. Identify and mitigate operational risks to protect the organization’s assets and reputation.

Requirements:

1. Degree and above.
2. At least 5 years of experience in a senior operational role, preferably in a non-profit organization or social service sector.
3. Strong understanding of nonprofit financial management and fundraising strategies.
4. Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams.

Salary: $9,000 to $12,000
