Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to join our finance team as a Deputy Finance Director. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting the Finance Director in overseeing all financial operations of the company, including financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. This position offers the opportunity to work closely with senior management and make a significant impact on the financial health of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Finance Director in developing and implementing financial strategies to support the company's overall business objectives.
• Manage the day-to-day financial operations of the organization, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll.
• Prepare and analyze financial reports, forecasts, and budgets to provide senior management with insights into the company's financial performance.
• Monitor and analyze financial KPIs to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement.
• Support the Finance Director in developing and implementing financial controls and processes to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with other departments to provide financial guidance and support for strategic decision-making.
• Supervise and mentor a team of finance professionals, providing guidance and support as needed.
• Assist with ad-hoc financial projects and initiatives as assigned by the Finance Director.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; CPA preferred.
• 7+ years of experience in finance or accounting roles, with at least 4 years in a leadership position.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proven ability to interpret financial data and make strategic recommendations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office applications, with advanced Excel skills.
• Knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting requirements.
• Experience in the technology industry preferred.
