Job description
Oversee and provide directions to the team to analyse and resolve complex systems and analytical challenges.
Lead the strategic direction of the HR transformations and analytics function in alignment with company vision and goals.
Constantly review existing systems and processes and suggest improvements and ideas to increase efficiency and performance, reducing costs of HR service delivery through improved processes and technologies.
Evaluate and recommend suitable technology while aligning to technology directions.
Drive the implementation of the transformation agenda by partnering with the various HR functions and Corporate Group functions.
Responsible for working together within teams to deliver an impactful and integrated ERP System to cater for our business needs.
Advocate for a truly digitalised journey and bring onboard everyone along for it.
Drive the analytical journey of the team from descriptive analytics to prescriptive analytics.
Develop analytical solutions to provide data insights to management for data-driven decisions.
Manage and optimise team operational performance, results, and efficiencies.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Computer Science, or a related field.
Minimum of 8 years of applicable experience in transformation, analytics, and change endeavors.
Demonstrated proficiency in analytical thinking, conceptualization, and problem-solving.
Capable of effectively prioritizing tasks and operating within tight deadlines in a dynamic setting.
Exhibits proactive initiative and resourcefulness.
Displays exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, fostering positive relationships across various organizational levels.
