Deputy Cell Leader

Job Description

1. Perform maintenance, repair and overhaul (MRO) tasks for aircraft components in accordance with technical manuals and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
2. Examine parts for maintenance, repair or replacement, troubleshoot component defects and take corrective actions to restore components to the desired performance requirements.
3. Exhibit strong understanding to ensure compliance with airworthiness and legislative requirements, and the organization’s safety, health and quality systems.
4. Release and certify aerospace components in compliance with part 145 requirements (FAA, EASA, CAAC, CAAS, CAAM, etc.).
5. Support the implementation of continuous improvement initiatives and lean practices.
6. Provide guidance to junior technicians.
7. Oversee daily activities in the absence of the Cell Leader.

Desired Profile

1. Minimum Diploma holder or GCE ‘O’ Level in Aerospace Engineering, preferably with at least 5 years of Aerospace MRO experience.
2. Those with CAAS/EASA/FAA – C7/C13/C18, or equivalent qualifications would be an advantage.
3. Ability to read, write, and speak English.
4. Results-driven, self-motivated, and able to work as a team player. Demonstrates critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
5. People management experience and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
