Department Manager, Dry Etch

The Opportunity:

Adecco is partnering with a leading local semiconductor company specializing in cutting-edge manufacturing and technology solutions. We are seeking a Department Manager - Dry Etch to lead and oversee the processes and maintenance of production equipment within the Etch module. The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining quality control systems, optimizing equipment utilization, and advancing the skills of the engineering team to ensure operational excellence.

The Job:

• Oversee the processes and maintenance of all production equipment within the Dry Etch module.
• Ensure all processes and equipment are maintained within control limits and implement corrective and preventive measures.
• Develop, maintain, and enhance quality control systems, including SOPs, OIs, SPC, DOE, PCP, FMEA, OCAP, FDC, RMS, ECMS, 8D, RCA, DMAIC, and PDCA.
• Implement and sustain a TPM program to ensure high tool availability and maximize throughput.
• Optimize equipment and resource utilization, constantly reviewing methods to improve OEE and reduce downtime.
• Lead the advancement and training of Module Engineers and Application Engineers (AEs).

The Talent:

• Qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or equivalent.
• Hands-on experience with module-related tools such as AMAT DPS, P5K, TEL, Lam DFM, PTX, Mattson, and Omega Etcher.
• Strong knowledge and experience with SPC and other quality management systems.
• Experience:
• Minimum of 8 years of relevant work experience in Etch module processes and equipment.
