Dental Service Associate

Job Description:

1. Assist dentist in the following areas:
1. dental procedures
2. dental lab work
3. home or mobile dental services
4. cross infectivity management
2. Manage patient registration, appointments, and other related processes.
3. Assist in other administrative matters as appropriate.
4. Collate month-end performance indices.

Job Requirements:

1. Minimum ‘O’ Level pass in English and Mathematics.
2. Able to speak at least one mother tongue language.
3. Proficient in basic operations on Microsoft Excel, Word, Email, and Outlook.
4. Able to interact with senior patients and persons with disabilities.
5. Experience in dental assisting, or
6. Experience in healthcare job roles.
