Job Summary

Interact with customers to provide and process information in response to queries, concerns, and requests about products and services. Identify trends, manage risks, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to align supply with demand. Proactively contribute to customer fulfilment and demand forecasts accuracy.

Job Description:

  1. Perform customer verification and set up new accounts
  2. Process orders, forms, applications, and requests
  3. Organize workflow to meet customer timeframes
  4. Receive and inspect new spares
  5. Prepare, package, and ship orders
  6. Keep records of customer interactions and transactions
  7. Respond promptly to customer inquiries, feedback, and grievances
  8. Prepare and distribute customer activity reports
  9. Maintain customer databases
  10. Develop and maintain demand forecasts for global aftermarket
  11. Conduct data analysis to identify demand patterns and variances
  12. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to incorporate market intelligence into forecasts
  13. Lead the resolution of demand-related issues with cross-functional teams
  14. Improve forecast accuracy and reduce inventory obsolescence
  15. Present forecast and inventory matrices to management
  16. Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the demand planning and customer support function
  17. Deputize the Customer Support Manager during his/her absence or when necessary
  18. Any other roles, responsibilities, and projects that may be assigned
  19. Maintain the highest ethical standards, even when challenged from above
  20. Understand and ensure compliance with the Company’s ethics and business conduct policies, procedures, standards, and industry best practices as required

Skills:

  1. 10+ years’ experience in a similar capacity.
  2. Computer proficiency
  3. Competent in administrative procedures and demand planning
  4. Highly customer-focused with the ability to develop good relationships
  5. Able to analyse concerns and provide a solution in a timely manner

Other Requirements:

  1. Professional Certificate/Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate/Post Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's/Master’s Degree
  2. Experience in the aerospace industry preferred
  3. Attention to detail and accuracy
  4. Receptive to changes
  5. Able to tolerate stress and show initiative
  6. Motivated and enthusiastic
  7. Good organizational, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  8. Able to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  9. Able to work under little or no supervision
  10. Able to work collaboratively with others to create a results-driven, team-oriented environment
