Demand Planner (North, FMCG) Ref: GAS

Our client, an established FMCG company, is seeking a passionate and experienced demand planner to join the team!

Job Responsibilities:

1. Gather data and market trends from internal and external sources to develop effective demand models and plans
2. Gather, analyze and validate data from sales forecast data
3. Present, gather and assess feedback on various forecasts from different channels
4. Monitor and update any significant changes in sales forecasts, budgets and business strategies
5. Recommend adjustments for SKUs with forecast and bias deviation
6. Work closely with the relevant departments to achieve consensus for operational demand forecasts
7. Facilitate and manage S&OP (Sales and Operations Planning) meetings
8. Create, maintain and sunset SKUs based on product life cycle
9. Prepare and maintain relevant reports
10. Propose and implement solutions to improve demand forecast accuracy
11. Assist with system enhancements
12. Other relevant duties as required

Job Requirements:

1. Minimum Degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration or equivalent
2. Minimum 3 years of relevant experience as a demand planner
3. Candidates with experience in the FMCG industry will be advantageous
4. Proficient in MS Excel and Power BI will be highly preferred
5. Some experience in system migration will be preferred
