Demand Planning
- Responsible for all forecasting activities associated with channels/customers and products: reviews past sales, Sales & Marketing activities (discounts, product launches, national consumer campaigns, channel activities) to analyze, challenge and review together with the sales and marketing team with the view of improving advance forecasting of sales and product needs.
- Lead all forecasting activities associated with channels/customers and products (pre-DRM & DRM Meetings).
- Coordinates top line forecasting of sales in Anaplan with finance and supply chain.
- Supports the S&OP Manager in the preparation of Executive S&OP meetings with PRS Management Committee.
Operations
- Ensure compliance to established processes and respect of deadlines, while constantly recommending adaptation and improvement of the processes to improve efficiency of the operations.
- Coordinates with commercial, marketing and supply chain the in-market availability of new product launches, product restages, limited editions & VAPs.
S&OP Maturity Development Initiatives and Projects
- DP Excellence playbook, V2V Use Case Library / Value in S&OP, 18M / APW Concept, S&OP Meeting Templates, Risks & Opportunities Process, MC S&OP Playbook.
- Integration of Anaplan tool as single source for business planning: liaising with supply chain, finance and IT to adapt the tool to needs of users and key stakeholders.
- Anaplan translation in value.
- Review processes to process adaptation to the new CBP vision.
Education & Experience
- Degree holder with formal business qualifications or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years working experience in commercial analysis or demand planning roles.
- Demonstrated proficiency in statistics, forecasting and forecasting methods with an understanding of their financial and operational impacts. Experience of demand planning software is preferred.
- Experience in liquor, luxury or FMCG industry is a must.
- Excellent command of Excel and PowerPoint.
- Excellent command of spoken and written English.
