Demand & Supply Manager, SEA (Manufacturing, Marine / Defence / Aerospace)

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the supply and demand planning activity within the SEA region.
• Identify appropriate planning categories for the varied portfolio.
• Create timely trend analyses, insights and business recommendations.
• Carry out regular risk assessment for the demand and supply planning functions.
• Monitor and review any gaps in the performance of a portfolio of suppliers and recommends improvements by suppliers to better meet demand requirements.

Requirements:

• Degree in Supply Chain Management or equivalent
• At least 5 years of experience in Supply Planning function in the Manufacturing industry of Marine/Defence/Aerospace.
• Excellent leadership and organizational skills.
• Proficient in MRP system and MS Excel.
