Participate in the construction of the indicator system for the international short video business, build reporting systems and other monitoring and early warning tools, and provide data support for business development;
Support daily business analysis needs, deeply understand the business, clearly explain the business status through qualitative and quantitative analysis, gain insights into business problems, and propose data-driven optimization suggestions or solutions;
Cooperate with industry research/data engineering/algorithms to support business strategy iteration through rigorous analysis, AB experiments, etc., quantitatively evaluate strategy effects and cost efficiency, and drive improvements in business indicators;
The mentor provides one-on-one guidance and is good at thinking, summarizing, and precipitating analysis methodologies and data efficiency tools while supporting business development.
Minimum Qualifications:
Final year or recent graduate with a background in statistics, mathematics, computer science, or other related majors;
Familiar with commonly used statistical analysis methods, and proficient in using SQL, R, and Python languages;
Familiar with commonly used machine learning tools and deep learning programming frameworks (Tensorflow/PyTorch/Scikit-learn/XGBoost, etc.);
Preferred Qualifications:
Have excellent problem analysis and problem-solving abilities, and be passionate about solving difficult problems.
