Responsible for optimizing marketing strategy and algorithms of credit products in acquisition and retention, such as online marketing, voucher dispatch, robocall promotion, and campaigns.
Build models and tools such as response model, uplift model, pricing model, and bidding model to drive business growth and cost optimization.
Analyze user conversion and profitability to enhance marketing strategies like traffic selection, smart bidding, and customized promotion.
Collaborate closely with business teams to translate business insights into models.
Research model methodology to apply and implement relevant techniques and strategies.
Requirements
Master’s degree or higher in Machine Learning, Business Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
Solid understanding and hands-on experience in machine learning and data mining.
Proficient in Python, Spark, and SQL.
Good knowledge of data structures and algorithms. Experience in causal inference is a plus.
Sensitive to data and business, passionate about technical challenges, and have excellent critical thinking skills.
Good communication skills, team-oriented, data-driven, and self-motivated.
