Responsibilities:

• Drive data governance and discipline
• Monitor data quality and excellence
• Data delivery for transformation projects
• Implementation of data strategies and mindset
• Collaborate closely with all business and finance disciplines and territory data office
• Update monthly score ratings based on KPIs and indicators set on a yearly basis
• Highlight non-performance KPIs and execute change management to close the gaps
• Monitor the governance and maintenance of golden rules and master data, especially in areas that have transitioned from adoption to run mode and highlight gaps
• Drive gap analysis and identify areas for improvements; suggest workarounds to continually improve data and process governance and maintenance programs within the territory
• Any other projects assigned by the Data Officer
• Leverage the Data and Performance teams' capabilities as led by the Domain data leaders to execute programs aimed at driving data accuracy, quality improvements, and consistency across the territory
• Key counterparts for success include Finance leadership, Digital representatives, Digital Risk, and Data Compliance representatives in the territory

Requirements:

• Min Degree in Finance, Marketing, Engineering, Computer Science, Data Analytics with at least 5 years working experience, preferably in a multinational environment
• Experience in Finance
• Data savvy
• Strong business engagement acuity
• Knowledge of master data principles and best practices
• Understanding of how master data is used in downstream systems/processes
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a matrix environment
• Ability to identify gaps in data processes/workflows and drive transformation at the territory level
