Experience in using D365/Dynamics AX is a MUST
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
1) Scope:
- Business operation: Finance module
- IT system: Navision(current) and D365(future), also peripheral systems and interfaces are included.
2) Management:
- Organizing Business requirements: List up requirements from the viewpoint of daily operations, legal
requirements including future situation, and prioritize those items with project members - Organizing Business transition: coordinate with IT vendors, support the transition design, promote the
transition tasks, and implementing quality management - Lead to implement Company Standard Process (Global Template) to target companies
- Risk control: check risks, prepare countermeasures and contact and consider making the situation better
with key persons - UAT: create UAT lists, explain the contents of those to users and lead the UAT and complete the UAT phase
- Training: overall implementation of user training, including preparation and promotion
- Skill transfer: after the go-live, create documents, share those with target companies and IT vendor
3) Operations:
- WBS: create and maintain the list with IT vendors
- To Do & Issue list: create and maintain the list, monitoring the status of each task with IT vendors
- Meetings: set up and facilitate meetings and create meeting minutes
- Report: report to supervisors the project status and forecasts periodically in each communication channel,
including budgeting and workloads - Available to overseas business trip if project required
4) Others:
- Any other duties / Job scope assigned by superior or by Company
SPECIFICATIONS & QUALIFICATIONS:
- Education and Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or above in IT related field
- Practical Experience: At least 4-5 years relevant experience
- Professional Business Skills: Knowledge and skills for: IT areas of D365/Dynamics AX (to communicate with IT vendors). General accounting knowledge (to communicate with accounting staff)
- Interpersonal & Social Skills: Good interaction with people. Able to communicate concepts and ideas well. Strong written and verbal communications, Logical thinking. Able to work independently as well as work in the team
- Computer Skills: Basic skills of MS Office (Teams, PowerPoint, Excel etc.)
