Data Entry Specialist

Roles & Responsibilities

1. Creation and maintenance of Parts, Supplier Details and all other relevant information for the Department.
2. Maintaining records of invoices and payment details in the System.
3. Assist in generating reports and extracting data as needed for different business needs.
4. Assist in creating Purchase Orders and/or Purchase requests and maintaining a proper document control register for the Department.
5. Maintain confidentiality and adhere to data protection policies while handling sensitive information.
6. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and accurate completion of data entry tasks.
7. Providing administrative and clerical support which includes but is not limited to scanning, filing, photocopying, faxing, and answering phone calls.
8. Ensure compliance with policies and procedures when performing day-to-day activities.
9. Undertake Ad-hoc tasks & duties assigned by the Office Manager.

Requirements

• Diploma or equivalent.
• Must be Proficient with MS Office.
• Strong organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify errors.
• Proactive, takes initiative and well organized.
• Quickbooks (QBO) and/or SAP knowledge is an advantage.
• Able to work independently with the ability to multitask.
• 2-3 years of relevant work experience required for this role.
• Working rights required for this role.

• Expected salary: $2,400 - $2,600 per month.
