Data Centre Energy Product Manager

About the Role:

We're seeking a seasoned product management professional to drive the development and competitiveness of our data center energy solutions in the Asia-Pacific region. As a Regional Product Manager, you will gather market insights, identify trends and opportunities, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategic plans that drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the Asia-Pacific data center energy market, including customer needs, trends, and competitors.
2. Collaborate with product lines to develop and implement regional product strategies that drive competitiveness and growth.
3. Engage with customers and stakeholders to gather feedback and insights, and provide guidance on product development and business growth.
4. Analyze market trends and customer pain points to identify opportunities for growth and development.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation, Thermal and Power Engineering, Power Electronics, or a related field.
2. Minimum 10 years of experience in product management, business development, solution architecture, presales or consulting of power supply and cooling systems for large-scale data centers.
3. Strong understanding of the data center industry, including system architecture, solutions, and core products.
4. Established network within the data center construction ecosystem, including EPC general contractors, electrical/cooling subcontractors, consulting companies, equipment providers, and industry associations.
5. Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills.
