Responsibilities

• Ensure high quality analytics support is delivered to the stakeholders through use of analytical, statistical and programming skills to analyze and interpret data.
• Lead in managing projects and ensure that the output meets the needs and requirements of the stakeholders.
• Develop data models to capture and report on KPIs.
• Build dashboards and tools to support our internal teams.
• Explore our data to uncover meaningful insights in changes to help drive company growth.
• Contextualize data for a variety of audiences, internally and externally.
• Handle a myriad of data projects as needs arise.
• Be the main focal point for all data matters of our top strategic clients.
• Analyze big data and generate useful conclusions and actionable recommendations for our clients.
• Create, support and maintain data models, reports and dashboards, and find creative solutions for a variety of challenges facing our growing data requirements.
• Analyze and explain changes in key performance indicators.
• Own and manage multiple BI initiatives, analytical deep dives, and projects both on an ongoing and an ad-hoc basis.
• Work closely with internal and external business partners.

Requirements

• Relevant bachelor degree in Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Business or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of working experience preferably in the healthcare industry, holding a role overseeing Statistical Modelling, Big Data Analysis, Business Intelligence, Geospatial Analysis or related areas.
• Well versed in statistical modelling, data analysis, dashboarding, reporting and geographical mapping software such as SPSS Modeller, Tableau, Excel and QGIS.
• Analytical with good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Good team player.
• Computer science or IT background is not required.
